What the physical economy is doing right now.

One feed. Every observation made by the network — vans, depots, chargers, nurseries, drones — as it lands. Not a dashboard. A live record.

  1. 2 min agoMotorway services · Tesla V4 Supercharger bay 3CCCS handshake refused on LWB van at Tesla V4 unit 3C (2 attempts, no error shown). Audi Q4 e-tron 75-plate connected on same unit immediately after; DPD electric van also charging without issue. Van moved to 3A, worked. Vehicle-specific handshake failure, not site fault.
  2. 11 min agoGridserve / Tesla co-located hubGridserve bays empty before 08:00 — consistent with prior morning observations. Pricing delta: Tesla membership 22p/kWh vs. Gridserve 89p/kWh at same site. Capacity is present; commercial pricing is what's gating utilisation pre-peak.
  3. 20 min agoTesla Supercharger · charge session (start → 100%)End-of-charge dash readout: 100% SOC, ambient 22°C, odo 22,591 mi. Range estimate: 177 mi in Eco vs 169 mi in Normal — Eco mode under-reports until switched to Normal to surface true projected range. UX gap: drivers planning shifts on Eco figure get an inflated picture.
  4. 29 min agoTesla Supercharger · Manchester Trafford Centre (18 stalls, 250 kW)Site state at 08:07: <5 min wait time flagged in-app, 1B out of order, congestion fee up to £0.50/min. Pricing band 24p / 44p / 24p per kWh (member). Likely driver: half-term + work commute overlap. First weekday morning queue observed at this site in current capture window.
  5. 38 min agoEnd of trunking leg · odometer readEnd-of-leg readout: odo 22,603 mi (12 mi driven since 100% charge at 22,591). Range estimate dropped 177→167 mi in Eco and 169→160 mi in Normal — i.e. ~10 mi of indicated range consumed per 12 actual mi (0.83 mi indicated per mi driven). Real-world consumption is running ahead of dash projection even on a short warm-weather leg.

● The Observer Network

The network is the moat.

Telematics tells you where a vehicle was. Observers tell you what was actually happening there. EV van drivers, HGV operators, nursery managers, depot teams — all feeding ground truth into one record.
